Conditions
Pick-up & Return
Pick-up and drop-off in the Flagey area (Ixelles). Exact times are agreed upon at booking.
Security Deposit
A refundable €1,500 deposit is required before departure.
Return Conditions
The camper must be returned clean, with an empty toilet, emptied grey water tank, and a full fuel tank.
Rules & Restrictions
No smoking, no festivals. Pets allowed only after prior agreement. Travel is allowed only within Europe in countries covered by the insurance.
Booking Confirmation
Reservations are only confirmed after the agreed advance payment has been received.
Driver Requirements
The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid category B licence for 3+ years.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Because the camper is reserved exclusively for you and becomes unavailable for others, only part of the rental price can be refunded depending on how long before departure you cancel. If the cancellation occurs more than 24 weeks before departure, 90% of the rental price will be refunded. If cancelled between 10 and 24 weeks before departure, 85% will be refunded. If cancelled between 6 and 10 weeks before departure, 75% will be refunded. If cancelled between 2 and 6 weeks before departure, 50% will be refunded. If cancelled between 1 and 2 weeks before departure, 25% will be refunded. For cancellations less than 7 days before departure, no refund is possible.
